It's sort of exhausting. I feel like an absolute imbecile every time I start drawing with Painter (using the limited range of functions that have an understandable purpose (for me, that is) and a relatively predictable effect) but the problem is that I can never make a sketch neat enough to start coloring it (I start coloring it at some point anyway) and I still can't paint anything without leaving the outline. I make one super messy and ugly sketch, then on a new layer a little better one, which gets even messier as I start to add details, then I add a third layer with one that looks alright except that it is still very messy and I can't color it. I have like 5 real large digital drawings/paintings some of which will probably never be finished.
I think I might need glasses. A couple of times I noticed myself unconsciously squinting at the monitor as if it was half a mile away. This makes the whole drawing business even more exhausting than drawing the same outline 5 times.
But I really love my tablet, you know. It's a really nice thing to have.
Okay, I stop complaining here. I need something to eat. Can you believe that I actually heard a song called "Food, Glorious Food" yesterday? You can find all kinds of things on the internet. This one was from Ice Age's OST, I believe. Fascinating, isn't it?
